Insurance

I am an "out of network provider" with all insurances. You may contact your insurance company and discuss what your "out of network" benefits are. Upon request, I can provider a "superbill" to you directly which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Some questions to ask your insurance company would include:

- Do you reimburse, and what is your reimbursement rate for CPT codes 90791 (Comprehensive Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation) and 90837 (Psychotherapy Session 53-60 minutes).

- How do I submit a "superbill" provided to me by my therapist for reimbursement?

"Why don't you take insurance outright?"

Being an out of network provider allows for much more flexibility in the therapeutic support that can be provided and is more private (I don't have to submit diagnostic codes and information to insurance companies). This helps me a be a better therapist for clients ethically and technically.

Fees

Intake Session (55 minutes) - $195

Individual Therapy Session (55 minutes) - $175

SPACE Therapy Session (55 minutes) - $175

Forms/Paperwork (exceeding 15-mins, per 15-mins): $30

Provider Consult (exceeding 15-mins, per 15-mins): $50

15-min Phone Consultation: Free

Missed Appointment Fee (Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours notice), No Show): $175

Court Associated Fees: $200/hour (including in person and preparation - prorated in 15 min increments)

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon us conducting each therapy session. I require a credit card on file to receive therapy services.
